How this started
Before starting the company, we managed our own rental properties for more than a decade. We focused on doing the small things well — communicating with tenants, keeping properties maintained, and staying on top of the operational and financial details.
Over time, friends and other property owners began asking us to help manage their properties too.
The more we saw how many owners were frustrated with their existing options, the clearer it became: there was room for a more thoughtful, reliable approach to property management.
